Integrated maintenance and additional services for the buildings and facilities of Parque Móvil del Estado

Summary

The contract covers comprehensive preventive, corrective, technical-regulatory and operational maintenance, together with additional and related services, for the buildings and facilities of Parque Móvil del Estado, O.A. at Cea Bermúdez 5 in Madrid, Spain. The site comprises three buildings with a total built area of 76,782 m². The work must keep the facilities safe and operational, ensure prompt handling of technical incidents and compliance with applicable industrial regulations, improve energy efficiency and keep the buildings’ technical documentation up to date. The initial contract term is two years from 1 March 2027 or, if later, from the date of signature. It may be extended by up to three years, for a maximum total duration of five years. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value for the initial term is €574,561.27 excluding VAT (€695,219.14 including VAT); the estimated total value including possible extensions is €1,436,403.19 excluding VAT. The price is lump sum and invoicing is monthly. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €861,841.91 and experience with comparable services worth at least €201,096.44 in the year of greatest activity within the last three years, or alternatively provide the specified business classification. The contractor must provide a contract manager, a supervisor, two first-grade and two third-grade maintenance technicians, a required technical coordinator, equipment and all legally required authorisations. The successful bidder must also provide civil liability insurance for €695,219.14 and a guarantee equal to 5% of the final contract price. Evaluation awards up to 50 points for price, 10 for experience with electric-vehicle charging points and 40 for the maintenance proposal and staffing plan. Bidders must achieve at least 60% of the available qualitative-criteria score. A site visit is optional.
