Supply of mountain rescue equipment
Summary
The tender seeks mountain rescue and caving equipment for the Spanish Civil Guard in Aragon. The supplier must deliver new equipment in perfect condition, of good quality and from recognised manufacturers: 1 chest freezer (99 L, approximately 85 cm wide), 1 rigid portable cooler (18 L), 9 sets of seven signalling markers, 16 packs of narrow-cam mechanical anchors, 22 canyoning tape slings (polyamide, 8 mm × 30 cm), 53 helmets, 30 rope protectors, 32 lightweight climbing quickdraws (packs of 6, wire gates, 18 cm), 32 extendable climbing slings (packs of 3), 23 triple-action automatic-locking safety carabiners, 43 large waterproof phone pouches (10 × 18 cm), 1 rope ascender, 1 handled rope ascender, 2 semi-static cords (6 mm, 30 m), four types of replacement ice-axe pick—heel type and models 1, 2 and 3—with 16 of each, 7 XL carabiner bars for rescue, 8 battery-powered mini chainsaws (18 V), 7 rope-length measuring devices, 18 multidirectional connection cords with four attachment points, and 2 large climbing crash pads. All equipment must have a minimum two-year warranty, and instructions must be supplied. Delivery is due from notification of the award decision until 1 December 2026. The estimated value is EUR 23,162.81 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is EUR 28,027 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, and bids must not exceed the budget cap. Bidders must meet the technical specifications, submit the required bid and declarations, and satisfy the registration and other participation requirements. Before contract formalisation, the successful bidder must provide civil liability insurance with coverage of at least EUR 100,000.
