Early intervention service

Summary

The contract is for providing an early intervention service in the municipality of A Laracha for children aged 0–6, their families and their environment. The work includes assessing and supporting children’s development, including psychomotor, cognitive, language, communication, autonomy and social-emotional development; preparing and monitoring individual intervention plans; and advising and supporting families. The provider must assess and manage cases, coordinate with families and social, education and healthcare professionals, document and evaluate cases, and supply the materials and equipment needed for the service. The service must operate throughout the year. Minimum opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and on four afternoons per week from 15:30 to 18:30. The contract runs for one year, with an option to extend it by one year. The annual budget is EUR 149,118.84 and the estimated total for two years is EUR 298,237.68; the service is exempt from VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. The bidder must demonstrate relevant early-intervention experience, be registered in the social-service provider register and provide a qualified team of at least four professionals. A technical project of no more than 25 pages must be submitted. Price accounts for 55 points and assessment of the technical project for 45 points; bids must be submitted electronically.
