Repair of the Climate-Control System at Emiliano Allende Auditorium

Summary

The contract covers the repair and replacement of the climate-control system and faulty peripheral equipment at the Emiliano Allende Municipal Auditorium in Medina del Campo, together with the supply and transfer of new hardware and software to the municipality and their installation, programming, integration and commissioning. The supply includes, among other items, a BTL-certified control server supporting open BACnet and Modbus protocols with at least 4 GB of memory, a RouterOS router and a tablet with at least 16 GB of storage for use as a touchscreen. The work also includes checking and repairing or replacing six Xenta modules, integrating them via LON-BUS and connecting existing equipment from other manufacturers. The contractor must provide any necessary cabling, cable trays, hydraulic components and installation work, deliver the control wiring diagram and a copy of the control program, and train municipal staff. A site visit to the auditorium is mandatory; proof of the visit must be included with the bid. The works must be completed within one month of contract signing. The estimated value is €24,793.39 excluding VAT and the maximum budget is €30,000 including 21% VAT; price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable supply experience, and the successful bidder must maintain liability insurance of at least €300,000.
