Electrical installation maintenance at the Alicante SEPE building, 2027–2028

Summary

The procurement is for comprehensive maintenance of the electrical installation at the Alicante provincial office of Spain’s State Public Employment Service (SEPE) in 2027 and 2028. The work includes preventive, corrective and legally required technical maintenance, together with necessary spare parts. Preventive work includes monthly inspections, quarterly checks of the low-voltage installation and an annual inspection of the transformer station. The service also covers repairs, reporting and 24-hour availability for urgent faults, with a response required within two hours at most. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and may be extended for a further two years. The maximum tender budget is €26,000 including VAT; €4,000 per year including VAT is reserved for materials. Purchases of materials exceeding €200 require prior approval. Price accounts for 75 points and quality criteria for 25 points; quality points are available for two preventive visits per month, ISO 9001 or equivalent certification, and proper handling of replaced materials through authorised waste managers. To participate, each company must inspect the building and installations before submitting its offer and include proof of the visit. Offers must be submitted electronically.
