Repair works for damage to municipal road infrastructure

Summary

The tender covers repairs to municipal road infrastructure on five roads in Chiclana de la Frontera damaged by severe storms and flooding between 23 January and 16 February 2026. The works must follow the project and technical specifications and be completed within a maximum of three months from the site-setting verification record. The contract is not divided into lots. The maximum tender budget is EUR 582,345.42 including VAT, comprising EUR 481,277.21 for the works before VAT and EUR 101,068.21 in VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically. The winner will be selected using several award criteria: price, worth up to 60 points; the technical proposal, up to 25 points; and up to 15 points for a topographic survey, a shorter delivery period and environmental improvements. Points may be earned for surveying all five roads, reducing the works period by one or two weeks, and offering a hybrid, electric or natural-gas vehicle, processing asphalt waste for reuse, or assigning a Euro 6 truck to the works. The offer must include the required technical memorandum and evidence of the company’s financial and technical capacity.
