Review and updating of management procedures

Summary

This contract concerns the revision and updating of APC Cartagena Port Authority's management procedures. The goal is to advance toward process-based management and improve operational quality, reduce duplication, and enhance client satisfaction. The work includes analyzing the organizational context and the process map, updating and developing existing procedures, defining management indicators and a document catalog, updating the Management System Manual to ISO 9001:2026, conducting a risk analysis, and proposing suitable technological tools and staff training. The project will be carried out under a single framework contract for 16 months; the procurement uses a multi-criteria evaluation approach (price and quality). The contractor will collaborate with APC to identify and implement process improvements and digital solutions and will present results to APC's governing bodies.
