Lepanto Avenue reurbanization works

Summary

This project, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) under the Spain Pluriregional Program 2021-2027 and part of Plan EDIL, concerns the execution of works to reurbanize Lepanto Avenue in Mairena del Alcor as part of the Mairena del Alcor Integrated Action Plan (PAI). The works aim to create green and safe urban connections along Lepanto Avenue and surrounding traffic axes, improve pedestrian and cycling infrastructure, reorganize traffic, enhance vegetation cover and accessibility. The base budget is €1,353,971.77, and the procurement will be conducted under an open procedure as part of the integrated urban development strategy. This project supports better living conditions for residents and more sustainable water cycle management.
