Adaptation works for sports courts

Summary

The contract covers adaptation and enclosure works at three sports courts in Oviedo’s Ventanielles, Las Caldas and San Pedro de los Arcos sports facilities. The works will follow the project and include, among other tasks, replacing or installing court enclosures. The contract is not divided into lots and the works must be completed within one month. The estimated value is EUR 637,766.52 excluding VAT; the maximum budget is EUR 771,697.49 including 21% VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single envelope within 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Price accounts for up to 80 points and an extension of the warranty period for up to 20 points: each additional year beyond the two-year basic warranty earns 5 points, up to four additional years. Bidders must meet the classification or financial and technical capacity requirements and provide the required team. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of its offered price excluding VAT, submit a work schedule and health and safety plan, and comply with the labour and environmental conditions for the works.
