Construction of an irrigation water storage tank for green spaces on Avenida Moliere

Summary

The tender covers construction of an approximately 200 m³ regulating and storage tank for irrigation water beside the green spaces on Avenida Moliere in Málaga. The tank will make it possible to use water from a well and maintain irrigation while the well recovers. The works include the tank structure and civil works, a geotechnical study and structural calculations, hydraulic and electrical installations, a pump, chlorination equipment, filters, valves, telemetry and water-loading points for trucks. The contract is not divided into lots, and the planned construction period is seven months. The estimated budget is €195,957.10 including 21% VAT; the amount excluding VAT is €161,948.02. Offers are evaluated on price (up to 80 points) and warranty extension (up to 20 points). The mandatory warranty is 12 months; extensions of up to 24 additional whole months are scored, giving a maximum total warranty of 36 months. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and relevant construction experience, or, for a newly established company, provide the specified evidence of technical qualifications. During contract performance, vehicles must carry at least the specified B environmental label or a higher-rated label.
