Plan for resurfacing the municipality of La Victoria de Acentejo 2026

Summary

The tender concerns the resurfacing and rehabilitation of the La Victoria de Acentejo municipality road network for 2026 under an Open Simplified procedure. The project involves milling the existing pavement and applying a 4 cm thick modified asphalt concrete layer (A-16) on listed streets: Calle Santo Domingo (240.9 m2), Calle La Costa (840 m2), Calle Pedrera (2,640 m2), Calle La Palmita (810 m2) and car parking areas on Carretera Vieja (2,704 m2). The estimated contract value (excluding IGIC) is 251,748.31 euros, with IGIC amounting to 17,622.38 euros, totaling 269,370.69 euros. The base budget includes 13% for General Expenses and 6% for Industrial Profit. The procurement will be conducted by open simplified procedure and the execution period is three months; tender documents set out qualification, suitability and compliance requirements and the documents to be submitted.
