Summary

The tender covers comprehensive cleaning services for ICEX’s Madrid headquarters at Avenida de Manoteras 28. The service covers approximately 13,247.5 m² of interior and exterior areas, including offices, shared areas, the auditorium, garages, gardens and façades; COFIDES’s privately occupied areas on the second floor are excluded. The award is assessed on price (up to 50 points), annual additional cleaning hours (up to 15), environmental training for staff (up to 15), and a technical plan for service organisation and environmental management (up to 20). A minimum of 10 points is required for the technical plan. Bids must be submitted electronically in three separate parts. The successful bidder must provide €750,000 in civil liability insurance and a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
