Tender detail
Global Open Innovation program
Summary
The tender concerns the design, coordination and implementation of five editions of the Global Open Innovation program, aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of Spanish internationalized companies through effective adoption of open innovation practices. Each edition targets between 8 and 35 companies, primarily CEOs and innovation managers, with an indicative annual turnover around 20 million euros and international experience, that have not yet systematically integrated external collaboration in their innovation or business processes. The program combines applied training and strategic mentoring to help participants develop and implement their own open innovation strategy aligned with internal capabilities and external ecosystem opportunities. The five editions will take place in different locations, with eight on-site training days per edition over approximately eight weeks, plus up to 125 hours of strategic tutoring. The tender includes content design and pedagogical production, implementation by trainers and experts, technical coordination (academic and operational), and operational/support services, including catering, a private program platform, and logistics. The bidder must provide a detailed plan, schedule, and evaluation framework, and ensure quality control and compliance with data protection and equality requirements.
