This procurement concerns the provision of a theatre workshop service at Cuenca's Ismael Martínez Marín Municipal School of Music and Performing Arts (EMMAE). The contract covers the management, coordination and development of theatre technique activities for the Municipal Theatre Workshop, to be implemented during the 2026/2027 academic year and subsequent years. The bidder must submit a functioning operating plan for one academic year detailing objectives, content, methodology, evaluation criteria, purpose, schedule, participant groups and staff qualifications, with a maximum of 70 participants per course. Groups are organized by age: 10–13, 14–17, and 18+. The service will run on weekdays per the official school calendar, and the contract duration is two years with possible extensions.
