Manufacture of Z2 CND 17-12 grade forgings

Summary

ENSA is procuring forgings made from Z2 CND 17-12 material: 6 pieces with a diameter of 115.3 mm and a length of 560 mm; 6 spray-box connection forgings with a diameter of 200 mm and a height of 215 mm, with maximum perpendicularity of 1 mm; 2 forgings made to drawing 0FR3.20F1; and 2 filter-screen forgings with a diameter of 500 mm, a height of 350 mm and perpendicularity of 1 mm. Manufacturing must comply with ENSA’s technical specifications and RCC-M 2018 requirements. Delivery is to ENSA in Maliaño under DDP terms (Incoterms 2020). The administrative conditions set the deadline as no later than week 27 of 2027, while the technical specification states 13 July 2027; bidders should verify the dates with the contracting entity. The estimated and tender-base value is EUR 120,510 excluding VAT, or EUR 145,817.10 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots and has no extension option. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13:00 on 14 October 2026. Of the 100 evaluation points, price accounts for 70 and delivery time for 30; the lowest price and shortest delivery time receive the respective maximum scores. Bidders must demonstrate comparable RCC-M-compliant forging experience from the previous three years, hold ISO 9001 or an equivalent certificate, and meet the financial-capacity conditions, including the liability-insurance requirement. Before manufacturing starts, submit a manufacturing programme, follow-up document and non-destructive examination procedure in English and French for approval by ENSA and the other stakeholders.
