Model of Economic Proposal

Summary

This Annex V provides the template for submitting an economic proposal in a simplified open procurement. It outlines how to present the price (in words and figures) and the applicable taxes, with the maximum estimated tender budget set at 81,011.00 EUR excluding VAT. It also specifies the automatic evaluation criteria: Criterion 1 is extra hours up to 150 hours, and Criterion 2 is the offer of training activities related to the contract scope, online or in person, during the contract period. The bidder must also demonstrate sufficient economic/financial and technical or professional solvency, provide CVs and qualifications for personnel, comply with subrogation provisions and applicable collective agreements, and be able to subcontract if allowed. ISO 14001 environmental management and ISO 9001 quality management certifications are referenced as possible qualifications.
