Summary

It must be delivered as a complete, ready-to-use system: a modified 20-foot ISO container with four internal dog compartments and four external exercise corridors, integrated electrical and water systems, climate control, a generator, lifting and levelling systems, and the necessary auxiliary equipment. The contractor is responsible for, among other things, manufacture, integration, transport, unloading, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation and training. The maximum bid price is €220,000 excluding VAT, or €266,200 including 21% VAT. Price accounts for 70% of the score and an extended warranty for 30%; the minimum warranty is two years, and scoring takes account of extensions up to a total warranty of seven years. The bidder must have the required financial and technical capacity, and the low-voltage electrical installation must be carried out by an authorised company. The bid must include a detailed description and drawing of the technical solution and a document confirming acceptance of the technical requirements.
