Summary

Navantia is procuring a corporate holistic wellbeing platform service that brings together physical fitness options and digital wellbeing services for its employees in one solution. The service must provide access to gyms, sports centres, studios and other activity providers, as well as digital resources for exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing and rest. Employees must be able to choose monthly plans with different access levels and manage their subscriptions online or through a mobile application. A free digital option must also be available to employees. The physical network must cover Navantia’s locations in San Fernando, Puerto Real, Cádiz, Cartagena, Fene, Ferrol and Madrid. The provider will implement the platform across the organisation, support its launch and employee adoption, deliver communications and user support, and provide monthly aggregated usage reports. The contract lasts 12 months, with one possible 12-month extension. The annual budget is EUR 105,000 excluding VAT (EUR 127,050 including VAT); the estimated total contract value, including the extension, is EUR 210,000 excluding VAT. To participate, bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 100,000, the required comparable experience and the availability of two staff members, each with at least two years’ relevant experience. The offer must include a technical proposal and a separate price proposal. The technical proposal is worth up to 40 points and price up to 60 points. Technical assessment covers, among other things, the implementation and communication plans, monitoring reports and client-management model. ISO 27001 certification is worth up to 5 points. Bidders must confirm their intention to participate and submit their offers by 7 October 2026 at 14:00.
