Cleaning services for the Government Subdelegation in Gipuzkoa and La Cumbre Palace in 2027

The tender is for cleaning the Gipuzkoa Government Subdelegation building and its shared premises, together with La Cumbre Palace in San Sebastián, during 2027. Bidders must submit a cleaning work plan and demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, including adequate liability insurance, sufficient annual turnover, a list of relevant services from the previous three years, and a certified environmental management system for cleaning services. The successful bidder must take over the existing staff and provide the personnel, equipment, protective gear, cleaning products and washroom consumables needed for the work. Price is worth 70 of the 100 points. Up to 30 points are available under automatically scored additional criteria: up to 10 points for free extra cleaning hours (100 hours per year earns the maximum), 10 points for offering pest control at both buildings, and up to 10 points for environmentally compliant products and recycled materials.
