Supply of anti-theft magnetic strips and radio-frequency labels for municipal libraries

Summary

The Barcelona Provincial Council’s Library Services Management is procuring anti-theft magnetic alarm strips (Lot 1) and radio-frequency labels (Lot 2) for books, board games, CDs and DVDs held by municipal network libraries equipped with electromagnetic or radio-frequency detection systems. Over the initial two-year term, estimated quantities are 164,000 strips for books and board games and 24,000 for CDs and DVDs, plus 760,000 radio-frequency labels for books and board games and 50,000 for CDs and DVDs. The total budget is €228,895.70 including VAT; the lots are separately tendered.
