Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for technical assistance services to carry out tests required under the Quality Control Plan for VISESA housing promotions. The work is organized into four lots: Lot 1 – soils, foundations and structures; Lot 2 – facades, waterproofing and others; Lot 3 – service tests; Lot 4 – acoustics. Offerors must comply with applicable standards and submit required documentation, including DEUC. Site visits are allowed for sampling, with a response time of up to 12 hours for ordinary tests and 6 hours for urgent tests. After each test, a report must be delivered within 15 days; in case of non-conformities, a follow-up meeting will be held within 2 days and up to 8 visits may be made to close the non-conformities. A final report compiling all tests for each development must be delivered within 15 days of the request date; the final report may not be subcontracted.
