Electric-vehicle charging infrastructure for the town hall car park

Summary

The contract covers construction of an electric-vehicle charging infrastructure in the car park of the Sant Cugat del Vallès town hall. The works include installing 30 charging stations with a total of 54 AC charging sockets, together with the necessary excavation and ducting, cabling, protective systems, connection to the existing electrical panel and ancillary works needed for operation. The charging solution includes consumption monitoring, user identification by RFID and integration with a back-end system; consumption data may be used for pay-per-use billing in the future. The works are expected to take 8 weeks. Bids must be based on the project’s unit prices and include a bill of quantities with offered unit prices in TCQ 2000 format. The estimated contract value is EUR 249,216.91 excluding VAT, and the budget including VAT is EUR 251,293.72. The bid submission deadline was extended to 29 September 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must also take account of appointing a suitably qualified site representative with experience in similar works, as well as occupational safety, environmental protection and data-protection requirements.
