Summary

The tender concerns the four-year management and delivery of Bétera’s municipal leisure, inclusion and autonomy programme for children, young people and adults aged 4–60 with intellectual disabilities, developmental disorders or special educational needs. The service covers creative, musical, physical and leisure workshops, holiday programmes with morning care, at least six annual leisure trips, weekly autonomy and social-skills activities, family support and at least four annual awareness campaigns. The contract has a maximum budget of EUR 645,723.90 excluding VAT (EUR 671,552.85 including 4% VAT), an estimated value of EUR 742,582.48 including a possible 15% modification, and is based on unit prices and actual services performed. Offers are evaluated on quality and price: the technical project accounts for 35%, employment quality for 30% and price for 35%.
