Supply of high-range and mid-range anesthesia machines and monitors

Summary

The procurement is divided into four lots: 3 high-range anesthesia machines, 10 mid-range anesthesia machines, 3 patient monitors for high-range anesthesia equipment, and 10 patient monitors for mid-range equipment for the anesthesia service at Infanta Sofía University Hospital. The contractor must deliver, install and commission the equipment at the hospital and ensure its integration with the hospital information system, technical support, maintenance and user training. The equipment must meet the medical and technical minimum specifications in the procurement documents; among other requirements, anesthesia machines must be suitable for adults, children and neonates, while monitors must track vital patient parameters and export data. The bid must include technical evidence, details of the maintenance and service arrangements, and installation and training plans. A warranty of at least 2 years is required, and spare-parts and maintenance availability must be guaranteed for at least 10 years after the product ceases to be manufactured.
