Insurance for AUMSA-owned residential buildings

Summary

The tender is for a comprehensive multi-risk insurance policy covering residential buildings owned by AUMSA and operated as rental housing. The contract runs for one year, with an option to extend it for a further year. The maximum tender budget is EUR 60,000 and the estimated value, including the possible extension, is EUR 120,000.
