AgroAlcañiz Fair Organisation and Management Service

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive organisation, design, setup, logistics, communications and technical production of the third AgroAlcañiz Fair at the Alcañiz Exhibition Centre during the first weekend of February 2027. The contractor must recruit exhibitors, manage registration and space allocation, provide security, cleaning, an information point and access control, sound and microphone systems, advertising, media work, speakers and parallel activities, organise the opening and closing events, and submit a post-fair report on attendance, exhibitors, services and photographic material.
