Services for delivering Christmas activities promoted by the City Council of Paracuellos de Jarama

Summary

The tender covers the organisation, technical production and full delivery of Paracuellos de Jarama's Christmas programme in four lots: Christmas light switch-on, pre-New Year's and Christmas entertainment events; children's activities with visits from Santa Claus and the Three Kings; a New Year's Eve party; and private security for the New Year's Eve party. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. The services will mainly take place from 29 November 2026 to 5 January 2027; the contract term is one year with no extension. The total contract budget is EUR 59,000 including VAT, or EUR 48,760.33 excluding VAT; the lot budgets including VAT are EUR 9,000, EUR 18,000, EUR 27,000 and EUR 5,000 respectively.
