Protective covering for the multipurpose hall

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of a technical PVC floor covering to protect the multipurpose hall’s parquet floor, together with storage and unrolling equipment and adhesive tape. The supply must include 33 rolls measuring 30 × 1.5 metres, one storage trolley for up to 10 rolls, one mobile unrolling device and 23 rolls of 50-metre single-sided adhesive tape. The protected area is approximately 1,440 m². The covering must meet, among other requirements, fire classification Bfl-s1, standards EN 13501-1, EN 1516, EN 1517 and EN ISO 23999, and the specified dimensional and durability requirements. The estimated value is EUR 40,000 including VAT, and price is the only award criterion. Delivery must be completed within 1.5 months from signing the contract; the contractual performance period is 3 months and no extension is allowed.
