Construction of a multi-purpose sports hall in Úbeda

Summary

The tender covers the construction of a covered multi-purpose sports hall in northern Úbeda. The building must include a 44 x 24 metre sports court, spectator seating, a sports and maintenance store, four team changing rooms, two individual changing rooms, two shower rooms, a first-aid room and a reception or control room. The court must support, among other activities, indoor football, handball, volleyball, basketball, minibasketball and badminton, and must include the goals, baskets, divider nets and sports flooring specified in the project. The works are expected to take 9 months and the tender budget is EUR 2,088,016.56 including VAT. Participation requires at least Category 4 classification in Group C, Subgroup 3 for construction contractors, a compliant tender, the required declarations and the capacity to meet the construction, energy, safety, environmental and social requirements. Tenders will be assessed on the financial offer and the extension of the warranty period.
