Supply of materials and industrial goods for works under PFOEA/PEE 2025

Summary

The tender covers the supply of materials and industrial goods for the final phase of the “La Traviesa” works in the municipality of Almadén de la Plata under PFOEA/PEE 2025. It is divided into three lots: machinery (EUR 4,968.20 excluding VAT; EUR 6,011.53 including VAT), construction materials (EUR 52,061.74; EUR 62,994.71), and occupational safety and health supplies (EUR 614.66; EUR 743.73). The total value is EUR 57,644.60 excluding VAT and EUR 69,749.97 including VAT. The supplier must provide delivery, transport and unloading at the worksite in accordance with individual orders. Materials must be first quality, properly documented and compliant with applicable UNE, EN, CEI and CE requirements; production and quality certificates, declarations of conformity, technical data sheets and CE marking must be supplied where required. The supplier bears the costs of testing, transport and delivery and must provide at least a one-year warranty against manufacturing and transport defects. Price is the only award criterion: the lowest unit price for each material receives 20 points. The contracts run until completion of the works and no extensions are planned.
