Supply of 2026 Christmas baskets for Limpieza de Málaga employees

Summary

The tender covers the supply and collection of up to 2,250 Christmas baskets for employees of Limpieza de Málaga S.A.M. Bidders may choose the composition, but the baskets must be varied, properly labelled and packed in one sturdy recyclable cardboard box with Christmas decoration, a security seal and a carrying handle. Collection will take place at premises provided by the contractor within Málaga from 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027; the minimum opening hours are 10:00–20:00 Monday to Saturday, with opening from 10:00–13:00 on 24 and 31 December. Payment will cover only baskets actually collected, and the unit price is EUR 82.94 including VAT. The bidder must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 73,566.41 and similar supply experience of at least the same value during the last three years. The bidder must also provide sufficient staff, legally required food-handling authorisations and collection premises within 15 km of LIMASAM's central premises. The quality, variety and presentation of the baskets are worth up to 40 points, the market value of the products up to 40 points, and extended collection hours up to 20 points.
