Painting works on the Sanidad Building facade

Summary

The tender covers the repair, preparation and external painting of the Sanidad Building at the Cartagena Arsenal. The works include establishing and protecting the work area, removing loose paint, removing and repairing deteriorated mortar with compatible lime mortar and reinforcement mesh where required, pressure washing, applying primer or bonding agent, and finishing with suitable exterior acrylic facade paint. The contractor must protect windows, paving, exposed installations and adjoining elements and manage the generated waste. The estimated contract value is EUR 86,266.21 excluding VAT and the base budget is EUR 104,382.11 including VAT. The execution period is 2 months from signature of the setting-out record, and the tender deadline is 5 October 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation; the remaining points concern, among other things, proposing an external health and safety coordinator and reducing the deadlines for starting and completing the works.
