General and specialised technical assistance service for Montilla’s Integrated Action Plan

Summary

The tender concerns technical assistance for implementing Montilla’s Integrated Action Plan, “Cohesiona Montilla, actuando para transformar”, financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The service covers support to the municipality in operation selection and management, administrative and financial management, expenditure eligibility and audit-trail controls, indicator monitoring, participation processes, publicity, website content and social-media support, and justification of the Plan’s activities.
