Art Murals Around the New Auditorium

Summary

The tender covers the improvement of the public realm around Ciudad Real’s new municipal auditorium: cleaning façades and other affected urban surfaces, preparing and protecting the underlying surfaces, and creating artistic murals. The works are intended to remove graffiti and visual deterioration and improve the appearance of public spaces. The contract is not divided into lots. Its estimated value is EUR 69,863.53 excluding VAT, or EUR 84,534.87 including VAT. The works must be completed within 90 calendar days after authorisation to start. Bidders must provide evidence of eligibility and the required declarations, including evidence of economic and technical capacity. The bid must include a technical and artistic proposal and a price. Proposals are also assessed on community involvement, additional mural area and an extended warranty period. Bids must be submitted electronically.
