Access control services for the National Lyric Theatre of Zarzuela

Summary

The tender concerns public access control services at the Zarzuela Theatre. The work includes scanning ticket barcodes, directing visitors to the auditorium and different floors of the building, and assisting with evacuation in an emergency. Services are required on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, in the morning and evening; there may be up to 3 performances per day and service may be needed on up to 7 days per week. Up to 10 people may work simultaneously, and one of them must act as coordinator. The initial contract term is one year from 9 December 2026, with annual extensions possible up to a total maximum of 5 years. The estimated volume is 5,000 hours, with an estimated value of EUR 84,750 excluding VAT and EUR 102,547.50 including 21% VAT; the estimated total contract value is EUR 423,750.
