Summary
The tender is for an integrated hybrid closed-loop insulin delivery system with continuous glucose monitoring for diabetic patients, including people with type 1 diabetes, in the Ceuta healthcare area. The supplier must make the necessary insulin pumps and equipment available to the hospital and provide sensors, transmitters, consumables and accessories, maintenance, software and a remote-monitoring platform, training for patients and healthcare staff, and technical and logistics support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The bid must meet the minimum technical specifications and include a technical description and required evidence, a training plan, a delivery-logistics plan, and a responsible declaration on workplace safety and health. Price is worth up to 50 points; other automatically assessed technical features are worth up to 30 points, while the training plan is worth up to 15 points and the delivery-logistics plan up to 5 points. The bidder must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity. Bids must be submitted electronically, and documents submitted for assessment must be in Spanish.
