Information note: transcription error in PCAP clause 11

Summary

This information note informs that there is a transcription error in PCAP clause 11. The correct essential contractual obligation is set out in Appendix 33 of the Informe Adjunto al Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas: the obligation to assign to the works team the following roles: construction manager (Jefe de obra) with qualifying credentials and proven experience in construction (new build, rehabilitation, reform or similar) and a minimum dedication of 60%; and the works supervisor (Encargado de obra) with proven experience and permanent presence during the execution of the works, to ensure proper technical execution.
