Roof replacement and conversion of the AEMET Territorial Delegation building in Galicia for administrative and warehouse use

Summary

The tender covers replacement of the roof of the disused building of AEMET’s Territorial Delegation in Galicia and its conversion for administrative and warehouse use. The works include, among other things, removal of the existing asbestos-containing roof, a new roof covering and supporting structure, facade and interior works, windows and doors, water, drainage, electrical, ventilation, heating, telecommunications and fire-safety systems, as well as external works and waste management. This is a single-lot construction contract with an estimated value of EUR 145,356.06 excluding indirect taxes and a total budget of EUR 175,880.83 including taxes.
