Outsourcing of administrative and operational support processes

Summary

This tender concerns Sareb’s outsourcing of back-office administrative and operational support via a dedicated BPO panel. Services include Estafeta and electronic sede, legal support and regulatory compliance, embargo management and reconciliation, CIRBE data declarations and handling of inconsistencies and rejections, ARCO-CIRBE and ARCOPOL rights management, non-resident BdE declarations, invoicing and payments to critical suppliers (SMO I/II), valuers invoicing, refactoring for Servicers, SNC and AA management in SAP, supplier master data maintenance in SAP, and related file handling. The contract spans 12 months with an optional extension of 12 months. The volumes vary seasonally by service; the bid will be evaluated on a mix of awarded criteria and price, with a strong emphasis on service quality, process maturity, security, data protection and effective transition. The supplier must demonstrate operational capacity, appropriate staffing and robust governance to deliver a flexible, scalable service that meets Sareb’s quality and timing requirements and supports continuous improvement through reporting and KPIs.
