Pest control, Legionella prevention and water system inspection services in Trillo

Summary

Trillo Town Council is procuring services for two years in three lots. Bids may cover one, several or all lots. Lot 1 covers pest management in the municipality, including disinfection, insect and rodent control, and bird population control. Lot 2 covers inspection, review and water analysis for the drinking-water supply system in Trillo and its villages. Lot 3 covers Legionella prevention and control in municipal buildings in the urban area of Trillo, including analysis of municipal swimming-pool water. The contractor must perform the required treatments and analyses and provide suitable qualified staff, laboratories, vehicles, equipment and materials, together with a technical work plan and price offer. The total estimated contract value is €172,722.97 excluding VAT; the two-year budget including VAT is €208,994.80. Evaluation takes account of price, the technical proposal and offered improvements, including, as applicable, an experienced technical manager, an electric vehicle, additional disinfection or additional analyses. The submission deadline was extended to 9 October 2026 at 23:59. The required accreditation standard for laboratories carrying out water analyses was corrected to UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025.
