Supply of a remote qualified-signature platform for the National Police MiDNI application and CL@VE system, 2027–2029

Summary

The Spanish National Police is procuring a remote qualified electronic signature and authentication platform for the MiDNI application and CL@VE system for 2027–2029. The single, undivided contract covers the platform and its public key infrastructure, hardware and software—including HSM and signature activation modules, servers, storage and licences—as well as installation, configuration, integration, maintenance and support. The platform is to support remote qualified signing and authentication; development of the client connectors and APIs for MiDNI and the European Digital Identity Wallet is outside the contract. Production deployment is scheduled within eight months of contract signature.
