Sale of industrial units in the Ubrique Leather Business Park

Summary

The sale concerns 10 industrial units suitable for industrial or commercial use in the Ubrique Leather Business Park. A bidder may offer to buy one unit or make alternative offers for several units, stating an order of preference. The units are sold in their current condition; the buyer is responsible for and pays for any repairs or adaptation works and obtains the permits needed for the proposed activity. The units range in size from 133.20 to 147.60 m². Minimum prices excluding VAT are €128,845 for units 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10; €142,241 for units 4 and 6; and €128,364 for units 5 and 7. Each offer must include a business or activity plan and a bid guarantee equal to 5% of the offered price excluding VAT. Offers are assessed on price (up to 50 points), the activity plan (up to 40 points) and green-economy or Ubrique leather-sector projects (up to 10 points). The activity must begin by the date stated in the plan or, at the latest, within one year after the unit is handed over. The sale deed must be signed within three months of the award. The sale is conditional on obtaining the prior mandatory authorization of Ubrique City Council. Units marked green are to be handed over after the current occupant has vacated them; buyers of units marked red must take over the existing use agreements.
