Summary

The procurement establishes a five-year dynamic purchasing system for EMACSA to obtain technical assistance, consultancy and technical advice, including project preparation, works management, and technical monitoring of works and services. The system has an estimated value of €297,000 excluding VAT. The maximum estimated value of an individual service procured through the system is €50,000; the terms and award criteria for specific contracts will be set separately, with invitations issued to suppliers admitted to the system. Applicants must demonstrate economic and technical capacity, including a list of similar services performed in the previous three years and evidence for at least three contracts.
