Food supplies and catering technical support for residential centres

Summary

The Autonomous Agency for Residential Establishments for Older People of Asturias (ERA) is procuring food supplies and ongoing technical support for menu planning and kitchen and dining procedures at five residential and resource centres. The contract covers ingredients, complementary and prepared foods, and products for regular, special, texture-modified and therapeutic diets, as well as meals for day-centre users and ERA staff. It is a single contract with no lots, serving 1,087 residents, 170 day-centre users and 836 staff; the initial term is two years, with a possible extension of up to 12 months.
