Supply of promotional merchandise and materials through a dynamic purchasing system

Summary

The procurement establishes a dynamic purchasing system for the supply of promotional merchandise and related materials for the Fundació Parc Científic Universitat de València. Depending on each specific invitation, the supplier may need to manufacture, print, mark, emboss, screen-print, personalise and deliver promotional items such as advertising materials, office and stationery products, textiles, everyday-use items, technology products and accessories. Products must comply with the technical specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, quantities and delivery deadlines set out in each invitation. Branding must faithfully reproduce the required colours, size, format and legibility, and the supplier must submit a marking simulation for approval before production. Physical samples may also be required at the supplier’s expense. Delivery, transport and packaging costs are included in the contract price. The system is open to additional eligible companies during its validity, and specific contracts will be competed among admitted suppliers. The current notice is open until 28 April 2029.
