Dynamic Purchasing System for the Town of Silla’s Everyday Supplies

Silla Town Council is setting up a four-year dynamic purchasing system for recurring purchases and, where applicable, rentals of goods and equipment. Suppliers may apply to one or more categories: work clothing and accessories; stages, platforms, tables, chairs and barriers; tables and sound and lighting equipment, public-address systems and generators for municipal buildings, events and festivals; and portable chemical sanitation units. The system’s estimated total value over four years is €698,800 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and does not commit the Council to purchase a fixed volume. Businesses apply electronically for admission to their chosen category or categories. Suppliers admitted to the system are invited to bid for individual contracts in those categories; each invitation specifies the products, technical requirements, delivery location and deadline, budget and award criteria. Applicants must demonstrate legal eligibility, any required business authorisation, and the economic and technical capacity applicable to their category. The technical specification generally requires new, safe and compliant goods; delivery may include transport, unloading, assembly and installation. During the warranty period, defective goods must be repaired or replaced free of charge, and after-sales support must respond to incidents within 72 hours.
