Concession for the remodeling and operation of the Nostián Waste Treatment Plant (PTRUN)

Summary

The tender concerns the concession for the remodeling and operation of the Nostián Waste Treatment Plant (PTRUN) in A Coruña. The contract covers the drafting of the project, execution of the works and the operation of PTRUN for the management, treatment and valorization of municipal waste. The contract also includes the operation of four fixed recycling points and two mobile ones (one new), as well as post-closure maintenance of the plant’s landfill, applying sustainability criteria in line with EU circular economy directives and requiring EMAS or other recognized environmental management systems.
