Dynamic Purchasing System for Architecture, Engineering and Consultancy Services

Summary

The procurement establishes an eight-year dynamic purchasing system for architecture, engineering, consultancy and technical assistance services for the municipality of Riba-roja de Túria and potentially other participating public bodies. Services will be commissioned through separate competitions as needs arise; the estimated value of an individual contract must not exceed EUR 60,000. The system covers four areas: architecture and engineering services (including building and urban-space projects, infrastructure, construction supervision and complementary studies), project management consultancy, technical documents and reports, and audits. Each invitation will specify the scope, timetable and award criteria for the individual contract. The estimated total value is EUR 3,000,000 without other municipalities joining, or up to EUR 10,680,000 if they join; these are estimated system totals, not guaranteed orders.
