Summary

The tender establishes a dynamic purchasing system for the Island Council of Tenerife and associated public-sector entities to obtain technical project design, professional project and construction supervision, and other architecture, construction, engineering and inspection services. The system runs for one year, with two possible three-year extensions, for a maximum total term of seven years; no minimum number of contracts is guaranteed. To participate, companies must submit an electronic application to join the system and the required supporting evidence. Bidders must meet Category 3 financial and technical capacity requirements. Once admitted, companies receive separate invitations for specific contracts; the usual bid period is 10–45 calendar days. Each invitation sets out the assignment, technical requirements, team needs and award criteria. Project director and/or works director tasks may not be subcontracted: they must be performed by the bidder itself or, for a joint bid, by one of its members.
