Dynamic purchasing system for the supply of TITSA vehicle spare parts and accessories

Summary

Tenerife Interurban Transport (TITSA) is establishing a five-year dynamic purchasing system to buy spare parts, accessories and other goods needed to maintain and repair its bus fleet and operate its workshops and other facilities. The system covers 24 categories, including engines, gearboxes, brakes, filters, electrical and injection-system parts, suspension, steering, transmission and axle components, radiators, clutches, turbochargers, air conditioning, bodywork, glass, exhaust systems, lighting, workshop supplies, ramps, signs, tools and lifts. The estimated total value is €33,388,626.83 excluding tax; this is an estimate and does not commit TITSA to spend the full amount. Suppliers admitted to the system will be invited to bid for specific orders in the categories for which they have been admitted; joining the system does not guarantee any order. Each specific supply contract may last up to six months. Offers must meet the technical requirements and maximum unit prices stated in the relevant invitation. For each invitation, the award may be based on lowest price alone or on several award criteria, such as price, product quality and spare-part warranty. Applications and offers are submitted electronically. Applicants must meet the turnover and experience requirements for the relevant categories and provide the required legal, financial, technical and compliance evidence. Equivalent products may be offered in place of named brands if the offer includes a bus manufacturer’s certificate confirming comparable quality and safe use in the intended bus.
